Provider Rate Calculator

Estimate an 8-hour agency staffing cost using the unified rate card. The calculator applies the higher of the shift-pattern penalty or day-type penalty, then applies MMM location loading.

Penalties are not stacked. The calculator compares the shift-pattern multiplier and the day-type multiplier, applies the higher award condition, then applies the MMM location multiplier. Saturday and Sunday multipliers are award-specific.

    • Shift penalties may apply for Afternoon (+13%) and Night (+15%) shifts.
    • Weekend penalties vary by award classification.
    • Public Holidays are charged at 2.50x.
    • MMM location loadings may apply for regional and remote services.
    • The Provider Rate Calculator applies the highest applicable award condition and does not stack penalties.
